He is a director of several publicly traded exploration companies.

Mr. Barker is president and CEO of Sparton Resources. Mr. Barker has held senior management positions in several junior and major mining companies, where he was involved in the discovery and development of a number of base metal, precious metal, and industrial mineral deposits. With over 35 years of experience in the mining industry, Mr. Barker has generated and managed exploration, evaluation, and development programs for various commodities in North and South America, Africa, Australia, and the former Soviet Union.

Mr. MacNeill is President, CEO and a Director of Shore Gold and has been with the Company since 1993. As a second generation Saskatchewan mine developer, Ken has an extensive background in all aspects of natural resource exploration and development. Ken guided Shore through the acquisition and exploration of the Star Diamond project.

Mr. Tredger is a professional engineer with 35 years of mining industry experience, including senior management positions with Glencairn from 2002 to 2004, and Wheaton River Minerals Ltd. from 1992 to 2001. Previously, Mr. Tredger was an independent mining consultant, and for 11 years was employed by Amax Inc. in a variety of technical and management positions.Mr. Tredger is currently Vice President of Special Projects and has been a senior officer of Thompson Creek Metals since 2004.

| | | Dr. David M. Stone, Ph.D., P.Eng., MBA - VP Corp. Development

David has 30 years of engineering and financial consulting experience to underground and surface metal mines worldwide. He has managed and led multidisciplinary project teams through pre-feasibility and feasibility level evaluations of development-stage projects, and has contributed to the engineering, design and construction of several mines. His expertise includes scoping and feasibility studies for open pit and underground projects, and an extensive international knowledge of current mining best practices, environmental permitting, mine planning and production scheduling, capital and operating costs, equipment selection, and financial analyses. He received his BA Sc. in geological engineering from the University of British Columbia and went on to complete a PhD in civil engineering at Queen's University in Kingston where he also returned to complete an MBA. He is a licensed professional engineer in numerous Canadian and United States jurisdictions.

Alberto Sebastia Alfredo Sebastia M. is a Quito, Ecuador based businessman with an extensive mining background throughout South and Central America. He is a past president of the Ecuador Chamber of Mines and a past vice president of the Quito Council of Commerce. Previously, Alfredo has been a representative for several different geophysical survey companies, and a country manager of or advisor to a number of Canadian junior mining exploration companies and Canadian brokerage houses. |
