Mr. Netolitzky has been very successful in mining exploration with over 30 years of experience and having been directly associated with three major gold discoveries in Canada that have subsequently been put into production: Eskay Creek, Snip and Brewery Creek. He is a director of several publicly traded exploration companies.

Mr.Cook is a partner at Thorsteinssons LLP where he focuses on corporate and international tax planning and civil and criminal tax litigation. Mr. Cook received his B.Comm and LL.B. degrees from the University of British Columbia. He was called to the British Columbia Bar in 1982 and the Ontario Bar in 1992. Mr. Cook has lectured at the Faculty of Law at the University of British Columbia and in the M.B.A. programme offered by the Faculty of Commerce at U.B.C. He has presented numerous papers on tax-related matters for the Continuing Legal Education Society of British Columbia and the Tax Foundation of Canada. He was formerly a director of Brett Resources Inc., a mineral exploration company, until its recent acquisition by Osisko Mining Corporation. His is also a former director and past President of the British Columbia Division of the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada.

Mr Tredger is a professional engineer with 37 years of mining industry experience, including executive management positions with Thompson Creek Metals Company Inc. from 2006 to 2008, Blue Pearl Mining Inc. (now Thompson Creek) from 2004 to 2006, Glencairn Gold Corp. (now B2Gold Corp.) from 2002 to 2004, and Wheaton River Minerals Ltd. (now Goldcorp Inc.) from 1992 to 2001. Previously, Mr. Tredger was an independent mining consultant, and for 11 years was employed by Amax Inc. in a variety of technical and management positions, prior to which he was an exploration geologist. Mr Tredger has more than 20 years experience as a public company director for several Canadian listed mining companies.

Mr. Alfredo Sebastia M. is a Quito, Ecuador based businessman with an extensive mining background throughout South and Central America. He is a past president of the Ecuador Chamber of Mines and a past vice president of the Quito Council of Commerce. Previously, Alfredo has been a representative for several different geophysical survey companies, and a country manager of or advisor to a number of Canadian junior mining exploration companies and Canadian brokerage houses.
