Mr. Coles has served as CEO and President for several Toronto Venture Stock Exchange listed junior mining exploration and development companies, throughout the past seven years. Mr. Coles entered the mining business as part of an effort to develop a mineral resource discovered on family farmland in Virginia. He was previously an analyst for Cadence Investment Partners, from 2005 through to 2007. Prior to that Mr. Coles worked for UBS Investment Bank in New York as a Senior Research Analyst in the bank’s High Yield Group. Mr. Coles started at UBS Investment Bank in 1999 as an Associate reporting to the bank’s Global Head of Fixed Income Strategy. Mr. Coles holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Richmond.

Mr. MacRitchie is a Chartered Professional Accountant who has held management roles in several TSX Venture-listed mining companies over his 20+ year career. During that period, he has assisted those companies in raising more than $100 million. He began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers and has since gathered experience working on gold, silver, diamond and base-metals projects in North America, South America, and Africa.

Vice President, Exploration & Resource Development

Mr. Geddes has more than 20 years of exploration and resource development experience in precious and base metals with a focus on economic geology. His career ranges from greenfield to brownfield exploration, holding progressively senior roles with major and junior mining companies including Noranda Mining and Exploration, Teck Exploration, INCO Technical Services, North American Palladium, Rainy River Resources and Barkerville Gold Mines. During his tenure at Rainy River Resources, he was an instrumental member of the team responsible for a ten-fold increase in global gold resources prior to the Company’s takeover by New Gold in 2013. Mr. Geddes is a registered professional geoscientist and member in good standing of APEGBC.

Ms. Earle is an Investor Relations professional and a geologist. Ms. Earle spent several years in the field prior to making the transition into the corporate side of the industry. She received her Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of British Columbia and her Certified Professional Investor Relations designation from the Ivey School of Business at Western University. She is a founding member of the British Columbia Regional Mining Alliance (BC RMA), a regional partnership between Aboriginal groups, industry and provincial government representatives to promote mining investment in the Golden Triangle of northwest BC and the current Industry Advisory Board Chair for CASERM (Center for Advanced Subsurface Earth Resource Models), a new I/UCRC (Industry-University Cooperative Research Center) between the Colorado School of Mines and Virginia Tech, backed by the National Science Foundation.

Mr. Himmelright has over 25 years of experience in environmental management and developing social licence for natural resource projects. He’s a graduate of Simon Fraser University (B.Sc.) and the University of British Columbia (M. Eng.) and is a Registered Professional Biologist in BC. Mr. Himmelright previously served as Vice President responsible for sustainability matters for several publicly listed companies and has also worked as a consultant to Indigenous communities on mining proposals within their Territories and with non-profit organizations. He’s a former Board member of the Yukon Mine Training Association and the Autism Society of BC and is currently an associate instructor at the Norman Keevil Institute of Mining Engineering (UBC) on the topic of Indigenous peoples and mining in Canada.

Mr. Freudigmann is a metallurgist with over 20 years’ experience, specializing in areas of mining management, metallurgy and process engineering, project management and development. He possesses extensive experience in evaluating, directing and coordinating engineering for mineral development projects and managing process operations and production. Stacy brings with him the proven capability to oversee large engineering studies for clients, including Prefeasibility and Feasibility studies, as well as the proven ability to solve complex metallurgical and process issues. His founding of Canenco Consulting Corp. (“Canenco”) in 2010 has seen him assist multiple mining and engineering companies around the world such as Nystar N.V., Sabina Gold & Silver Corp., Lion One Metals Ltd., SRK Consulting Inc., Dalradian Resources Inc. and more. Other operational, technical and management experience includes Pebble Limited Partnership working with Northern Dynasty and Anglo American, Hunter Dickinson Inc., Taseko Mines Ltd and Placer Dome.

Consulting Geologist

Mr. Nichols worked as a geologist for Cominco Ltd. from 1967 until 1990. During his 23 years with Cominco, Mr. Nichols led numerous advanced exploration projects throughout Canada, Greenland and South America. Mr. Nichols also has direct experience in the transitioning projects from exploration to development. Examples include the Valley Copper and the Snip mines in British Columbia, as well as the Black Angel mine in Greenland. After Cominco, Mr. Nichols became a partner in Keewatin Engineering where he managed exploration projects in Western Canada for junior exploration companies associated with Ron Netolitzky.

Mr. Russell has over 30 years of experience working as Project Geologist through to Exploration Manager for both junior and major exploration and mining companies. He has worked throughout Canada and overseas, on projects ranging from grassroots through to feasibility. Mr. Russell holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of British Columbia, is a registered member of the Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia, a member of the Society of Economic Geologists and past President and Director of the Kamloops Exploration Group.

Mr. Newton has more than 14 years of precious metals focused international experience working in progressively senior roles with junior exploration through to major mining companies, including Barrick, Fortuna Silver Mines, Calibre Mining and Balmoral Resources. He has worked extensively through North, Central and South America on generative exploration through to development stage projects with a focus on epithermal, porphyry, skarn, intrusive-related, sediment-hosted, VMS and orogenic deposit model types. Mr. Newton holds a Bachelor of Science in Earth Sciences from Simon Fraser University and is a registered professional geoscientist in good standing with the Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia.

Mr. Casey is a Chartered Professional Accountant who has provided financial and controller services to several TSX Venture-listed mining companies. His experience includes assisting in several capital raises, IPO consultation, and the preparation and filing of financial statement and disclosure requirements. He began his career with Davidson & Company LLP Chartered Professional Accountants where he provided audit and assurance services to a variety of TSX Venture-listed companies, primarily in the resource exploration market.

Resource Geologist

Ms. Dilworth is a geologist with over 18 years of experience in the mining industry working in gold mining camps in Canada, the USA, Venezuela and Australia.Prior to joining Skeena, Kathi worked as a consultant on various gold projects completing geological modeling, mineral resource estimation, production reconciliation and internal technical reports for various junior and major mining companies. She has broad work experience, having worked in underground gold mines in production, project and resource geologist roles, working on an advanced exploration project through to feasibility and regional exploration.She is a graduate of Queen’s University (B.Sc.Hon) and the MDRU at the University of British Columbia (M.Sc).

Technical Services Manager

Mr. Mayer is a GIS, Database, IT and Lands professional with over 13 years experience working for gold, base metal and diamond exploration companies. He has worked in various jurisdictions throughout Canada and projects ranging from grassroots exploration through to feasibility. Mr. Mayer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography along with a Certificate in Spatial Information Systems from SFU, supplemented with an Advanced Diploma in GIS Technology from BCIT. He also brings along municipal government experience where he developed high detail digital 3D City models and fly-through videos. Mr Mayer likes to volunteer some of his time as a GIS ambassador for ESRI Canada, supporting GIS education in elementary and high schools.
