Skeena Delays Close of 2nd Tranche Financing

Skeena Resources Limited (TSX.V: SKE) (“Skeena” or the “Company”) anticipates closing of up to $1.3 million private placement financing in January 2016. This amount would represent the 2nd tranche of a previously announced financing. Skeena realized gross proceeds of $4,685,500 million from the closing of the first tranche of this financing, see news release dated November 9, 2015.

The net proceeds will primarily be used for exploration on the Spectrum high-grade gold project and the recently acquired GJ project. Both projects are located in the prolific Golden Triangle region of north-western British Columbia and are in the same general vicinity of two of Ron Netolitzky’s (Chairman, Skeena) past successes: the Snip and Eskay Creek mines, which are held by Barrick Gold Corporation.
