Skeena Engages Oak Hill Advisors
Skeena Resources Limited (TSX.V: SKE
” or the “Company
”) wishes to report the engagement of Oak Hill Advisors Inc. (“Oak Hill
”), subject to acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange, to provide business advisory services to Skeena. The Company will pay Oak Hill a monthly advisory fee of $6,000 for an initial 3 month term, subject to renewal and subject to a mutual right of termination on 30 days’ notice, and will issue 200,000 options of Skeena, exercisable at $0.10, pursuant to the terms of the Company’s stock option plan. The options will have a vesting period of 25% per quarter from the date of grant.About Oak Hill Advisors Inc.
